Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in every Nova Marie purchase—but if something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered with easy, free returns for store credit.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
  • Return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date or "Ready for Pickup" email 
  • For mailed returns, you have 7 days after the label's issue date to drop off the package. 
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
  • Once your return is received and approved, a store credit gift card will be emailed to you.

 

 

Free Return Shipping

 

We cover the cost of return shipping! You’ll receive a prepaid return label through our online portal—no need to worry about postage. Once you receive the shipping label, you have 7 days after the label's issue date to drop off the package for return.


 

Final Sale Items

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, handbags, etc.)
  • Intimates (bras, bralettes, bodysuits)
  • Sale items marked 30% off or more
  • Holiday and seasonal items

 

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to https://account.novamarieboutique.com, and then request a return.
  2. Log in to your account:
  3. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  4. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  5. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  6. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  7. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  8. Select a return reason and add a note for the store (If you wish to exchange, please write what item/size you want to exchange for in the "Note" section of the return request!)
  9. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label. For local pickup orders, approved returns should be dropped off at the same location where they were originally picked up (full details will be included in your approval email). Once we receive the returned item, you’ll be issued store credit in the form of an e-gift card. For exchanges, once the original item is returned in proper condition, we’ll prepare and ship your new item out to you right away.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@novamarieboutique.com within 3 days of delivery and include photos—we’ll take care of it right away.
