• You’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email once your order is prepared. This email will include full pickup instructions (where to go, what to do when you arrive, etc.).

• Orders not picked up within 7 days may be restocked. A restocking fee may apply.
• If you’re unable to pick up within the timeframe, please contact us at info@novamarieboutique.com before the 7 days are up to arrange an alternative.

• Returns are accepted for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
• Return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date or "Ready for Pickup" email 
• For mailed returns, you have 7 days after the label's issue date to drop off the package. 
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
• Once your return is received and approved, a store credit gift card will be emailed to you.
