How It Works:

• You’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email once your order is prepared. This email will include full pickup instructions (where to go, what to do when you arrive, etc.).
• Please pick up your order within 7 days of receiving your email.

• Orders not picked up within 7 days may be restocked. A restocking fee may apply.
• If you’re unable to pick up within the timeframe, please contact us at info@novamarieboutique.com before the 7 days are up to arrange an alternative.

We want you to feel confident in every Nova Marie purchase—but if something doesn't work out, we've got you covered with, easy, free returns for store credit.

• Returns are accepted for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
• Return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date or "Ready for Pickup" email 
• For mailed returns, you have 7 days after the label's issue date to drop off the package. 
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
• Once your return is received and approved, a store credit gift card will be emailed to you.
